An office refurbishment upgrades a space you already occupy, which might be finishes and lighting or a full commercial office refurbishment with new layouts and amenities. Office refurbs are usually staged around your working week so the business keeps trading, and we plan them that way from the start.

Which areas do you work in?
We work across the Perth metro area, with a strong concentration in the CBD and West Perth. Our studio is in the CBD, so a site walk is usually a short trip.
Can you handle the approvals as well?
Yes. Our team includes an architect and a registered builder, so documentation, the approvals pathway and building permit requirements are managed in-house alongside the design rather than handed to a third party.
